Leadership Development

Each Ticktocker class has a variety of different focuses each year. Beginning in 7th grade the Tictockers explore friendship, organization, team building and NCL, Inc. culture. In 8th grade they learn to communicate more effectively, lead their grade level meetings and work on high school preparedness. As 9th graders, the girls further develop their listening skills, practice goal setting, learn to strengthen conflict resolution skills and build confidence with public speaking. The 10th grade Ticktockers learn how to delegate and motivate within teams, prepare for future employment and develop their awareness of the impact of social media.
